The R.E.V.O.L.V.E.R Character Design Contest officially ended yesturday! Now with the help of the creators of Danny, Captain Gunner, and General Lezcano we have decided that the Regime winner of the contest is none other than MeruMeru's Lieutenant Garen Surge!
His personality and cybernetic ability really caught Andy's eye. He likes how he uses a futuristic rendition of a crossbow as a deadly weapon. It would be a great asset to the Regime.
