This guy here is a very old OC of mine. I think I only drew him twice. Poor guy xP

This is Zetsumei Ishinari one of my older *shudder* Naruto OCs and cousin of my newer character Tsuyomi Jinmei. The swirly eye thing is his kekkei genkai the Karasugan. Gosh....what was I thinking lol
