If only i could express in words how i feel for you....
lately, i've been at a loss. it isn't just because those mutual feelings are unfathomably difficult for me to me describe but because you have always left me irrevocably speechless. the way you've held me close and stayed with me in the midst of the cold rain despite the fact that you had to go home an hour ago, the way you openly tell me you love me and show it no matter who's looking or listening, i can't help but always smile knowing that i have someone who cares about me so much and isn't afraid to show it to anyone.
you're not only the person that i love but also my best friend. we can talk and hang out for hours on end, laugh at our own inside jokes and just be ourselves in front of each other no matter how silly or childish we can be. there's something nostalgic about you that makes me feel like we've known each other forever even though we just met a few years ago.
simply put, i love you for everything you are and everything you do. i wish i could return the love as strongly but you always beat me 1000 times over. even though my attempts of showing that i love you always seem to turn up as a mess i'm glad that you still appreciate my thoughtfulness.
