Unfortunately it doesn't look half as good in the scan, nor did the whole thing scan (stupid scanner) but this is one of several Sumi-E ink paintings I've done. This is one of my best, of a man in a sailboat. Following Japanese tradition it is simplistic with few lines, but yet makes a complete picture. There was a little duck floating in the water, but the scan cut it out. ;_;

That is truely beautiful. If this is the super crappy version, the real one will probably make my eyes shoot out of my head and strech the opic nerve in a futile attempt to get a closer look at it.
