I can't believe I never uploaded this! Shame on me.
This is a gift for my big sistah, :iconslaygal:. A belated Christmas gift actually. I don't think she realizes how cool of a gift she's getting, since I'm sending her the original. ;) But it'll make her happy, and that's what's important. She better frame it real nice though! :P
The man in the portrait is Japanese actor Shibue Jyoji. The name might not do much for you, but if you are familiar with the live action series of Sailor Moon, you should recognize him as Chiba Mamoru/Tuxedo Kamen. He was fun to draw, as he was a beautiful man, with a more Asian touch than most of the Asian boys I draw.
I think I did this in record time too. I didn't keep track too closely, but it feels like a record. O_o
