Tia Koneko

This is Tia Koneko. she is 18 years old. she has the Neko Sharingan*, its only hereditary in the Koneko Clan. she is the very last of her blood line, which means when she dies, her clan dies with her. there is only one other person that posses the Neko Eye, Niriika Hotohori. Tia wants to kill her because she believes Niriika killed her whole clan.
She has a bright, ditzy like attitude. But in truth she knows more than she lets one. Thats why she works as a spy for Orochimaru. she also has a vast store of chakra inside her body. she uses this store to creat wepons and items to fight with. when she is not using her chakra wepons, she uses a style of fighting thats like shes dancing, or shes copying jutsus. when her chakra becomes visible, as it sometimes does, it shimers.
she has a thing for peoples hair, and will stop anyone randomly on the street just to pet their hair. but if you touch her hair, your dead before you can blink.

*Neko Eye: a version of the sharingan that i had made up. its like the sharingan that kakashi, sasuke, and itachi have but it sees extreamly fine details, and through smoke, fog, and darkness. also alows the user photografik memory.(please excuse my lack of imagination)
