I drew the elf girl and turtle by hand, then added in the background in photoshop. Which gave it that wonderful "so added look" =3.
I think I will also post up the original, unadulterated version since the paper's texture isn't quite as much of an eye sore on that one.

Nah, I scanned this one in a while a go. The one your thinking of I still haven't uploaded- what can I say, I'm from the south, we take it slow down here-- but you know this. ^_~Thanks you for your gracious comment. =D
