Description
This the Pokemon Carnival! All pokemon look forward to all year. Seerow, a young umbreon, has managed to grab two tickets for the last day it's in town. He brings his friend Rina (formally Ash's pikachu) to the festivities. They spend the day enjoying their time together. As the day draws to a close, they ride the Farris wheel one last time.
