Well this is Dolly:
a laid-back irken girl who loves shopping video games flirtatious and retarded moments, get the latest tech stuff from one of her friends *Rico *hes another OC i made up* * coming up with new uniform designs for upcoming urgent fashion needs *shes a fashion freak* she hates showing off and make-up.

i made her up during the exam,~~~~ that h-o-r-r-i-b-a-l exam >.<
i made up more OCs but i already submitted three pics so more tomorrow maybe ^-^
