Chibi Tia Dalma... with a bit of atmosphere! Yay !
As you can see, one of her arms is invisible, so you'll have to imagine it's there :) My drawings are often incomplete in some way. For instance, it's so hard to draw two eyes that look the same, so they might end up one-eyed. That's usually not a problem when I draw Ragetti.
Before you comment: Spare me comments about how gay you think someone or something is, okay :)
