Oh my god, I can't believe no one has commented on this! It's gorgeous, especially the coloring, but you do need to make the shoulders a bit wider.
I personally like the black/white version better, but the shading is gorgeous on both. The eyes are wonderful, too. In general, it's absolutely fabulous, but...this pic terrifies me. In the words of Douglas Adams, "And his eyes gleamed with a disconcerting intensity that gave you impression he was about to go for your jugular vein."
