Woop! Got the idea from Super Mario Sunshine's 8th level in Pianta Village. Fluff Festival...
I first drew this on paper, scanned it, editted it, colored it, and here it is! This one came out pretty nicely, and I was a bit reluctant on saving it in PNG format, but any other way and it would've killed the pretty-ness.
Colored them using MS Paint and used Paintshop Pro version 3 for the background.
I love Sanji's hair. =3
