anarchy symbol

i like the sign. i decided to draw it. when i scanned it i needed to resize it because it took up more than a whole monitor and i only have ms paint so i had to edit it with that and stuff. i was gonna fill the white circle part red too but my friend said he thought it looked okay and then i got too lazy to finish it.
