Majesta, Creation Goddess

Okay, so i was in my world religions class on wednsday, and we had to seperate into little groups. in these groups, we had to come up with our own MYTH of how the world was created. because we were all girls, we came up with a goddess. here's the story: "in the beginning, there was darkness. a beautiful maiden by the name of Majesta walked around with her magical chalk in hand. one day, she drew a cirlce that came to life. she needed a sourse of light, so she drew the sun. that wasn't enough, so she drew the moon and stars. when she was finished with that, she decided that loneliness was a dog, so she created spirits of life. each life was a different color and each life created that which was of its color. with her task completed, majesta gave her chalk to the people and disappeared. to this day, the people that worship her perform ritual tatooing to honor the fact that they came from the artistic goddess, majesta."
