Description
When I first saw the reference for this picture I fell in love with it. Lulu is one of my favorite characters. She is dark, wise, and mysterious, but at the same time powerful. I have only drawn one picture of her because her dress was too complex for me at the time and upseted me when I had to simlpify it in order to get it done in a resonable amount of time.
