Even though this is horribly late (mainly because I actually managed to lost the painting between finishing and scanning it...), I still think this piece is worth getting onto the blacklist. x) I can always do another piece to get off, so it's not that bad... But I still am ashamed for being late, mainly because like_a_knight had to wait so very long for this. ^^''
So, yes, I am satisfied to the result. I really like how the ashy clouds, fire and lava turned out. And to the character itself. I am a bit ashamed to admit that I forgot his name. XD Ahem. Well, the anatomy is nice, but I messed up the colours a bit - he should be more orange-ish, but when I played around with the shadings etc, I forgot that part.
Well, I had fun and hope that the receiver likes it, too.

Oh wow this is epic! I love the way the volanco and ash along with the fire came out too. And the dragon it'self is amazingly beautiful. People who do watercolor paintings should get more credit darn eet, cause that is a very tricky tast to color with paint cause one wrong move and BAM! pic is ruined. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I think you should see this. I wanted to suggest your picture to be featured but Brianhjh doesnt like it; but doesnt have the courage to say it to your face =/ (I think it's brillant though dont get me wrong)http://forums.fanart-central.net/viewtopic.php?t=27629&start=480

I agree, Like_a_knight made a great design when she made this character! I loved painting those!
