Just something that popped into my mind. It's the Pokemon Colosseum guy cosplaying as Vash from Trigun. I think it's good match don't you? They're both spiky haired blonds, they both wear trench-coats, they each cuased a big explosion,and each one has a really cool arm. ^_^
