Luka and Wavestar walking

This a pic of Luka the leader of my pack and me (Wavestar) walking or a least we were...
the story behind this pic is it is a few months after i was accepted as a full adult of the pack (sometime after the pic wake up)

"Luka?" Wavestar said quietly
"Yes. What is it Wavestar?" he stopped and looked at her.
for some reason Wavestar's heart skipped with the way he looked at her
"Um... well I was wondering why you wanted to walk with me."
"Oh... I was going to ask you something when we got down to the lake but since we stopped i might as well ask now" Luka told her looking foreword again.
"Would you be my Deputy i know it's a big role but i think you can do it."he said as he looked taword the sky and then at her again
she thought her heart had stopped for reasons the Question and how he looked at her
"Um, uh, well... hmmm?" Wavestar stumbled she had frozen in place staring at Luka her leader her friend and yet she looked at him like he was a complete stranger
"my father thinks i should choose someone with more experience, like Lightningspeed or Icepelt, but i think you can do it" he said looking at her again,"Um, what's wrong?"
"Uh, oh sorry." she said still looking at him shocked, "Why would you want me though?"
"Well um..." Luka looked away "You have always been my friend and..." he looked at her in her eyes and it made her quiver for some reason
"i just know you can do it. Please i'm not asking you as your leader i'm asking you as your friend."
Wavestar looked at him a moment longer then said with as much confidence as she could find,"I will. I'll be your deputy."
