young Jag/ cel shading maybe?

well i wanted to do a young Jag when he was a bit of a rebel (around 13 or 14), but i also wanted to try and attempt cel shading, i think i did ok but but not only was i trying a new style of coloring but a new way to make the outline, and i swear the outline took longer then the actual coloring, but oh well it's done i am fairly happy with it, enjoy
