The fanart just hasn't been coming lately. So I drew this guy! No idea who he is or anything...but I'm rather fond of the title. I also believe that he's wearing a pair of shoes that I own.

I wish I had a striped scarf.

I think the scarf is inspired by a certain Mark Cohen out of a certain movie.
