This is Riku,I changed the the way she dresses and acts like.
She is a very weird person.What her technique means is she uses her blood or sucks blood.
How she sucks the blood is very different from a vampire.She bites some sucks there blood and uses the persons own bloodline technique.Example Sucks some blood out of sasuke,she can do the sharingan,fireball jutsu,and other stuff.
Her bloodline is 98 percent is Kuri-Mu,2 percent of Uchiha.
She's not really an Uchiha.she just has 2 percent of there blood.But since the Kur-mu clan is very skilled at everything,her brother(rasen) was the only on of her clan to open the sharingan eye.And if he sucks Uchiha blood,he can awaking the mangekyo sharingan.And Sorry for the crappy writing on th paper.
