I love his voice too. It's so dark. I know who plays Scroop. His name is Michael Wincott. I looked 'im up on IMDB.com. It said his trademark is his deep, gravely voice. He is also usually the one to play villains. Have you ever seen Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. Oh man...HE IS HOT! (In my opinion.) He has long hair. He's also played in The Three Musketeers with Keifer Sutherland. If you want to look 'im up, I have some sites. I recommend:

OMG! I loooove ur Scroop drawing. He's my fave character! *sighs dreamily* He's soo awsome... And his voice just totally describes his character. Well, I'm gonna go wacth Treasyre Planet now.
