Yes. I did this in Paint with my Wacom Tablet. Again.
Give me a break. I'm very limited on resources here.
Anyhow, back on topic, this is the Mix Master. He is sort of the character who represents Infinity Music. He wears blue pants and a red shirt that overlaps the belt he always has on. His belt is inscribed with the Infinity symbol and the end of his sleeves are black for some reason. He ALWAYS wears his headphones. That's all I have to say.
