I used plastilina jovi to make her (plastercine, kind of modelling clay)

This is pretty impressive. Sculptures are hard to do, especially human ones. The bow and shirt are cute. Is that a cupcake? >w<

Her outfit is very interesting and creative! I super love her hair, it's adorable! =D You also did a nice job on the pose and random details of the outfit. Her eyes are cute, and I like the bio info you added. I like how she doesn't have a bunch of super powerful legendaries. It's more realistic.
