This is my very own Naruto character named Hikari Shikiyono. She's not a Sasuke fangirl like Sakura and Ino...she likes Naruto! This is her profile:<br />

Hair: Platinum blonde with brown highlights.<br />
Eyes: Golden<br />
Clothes: She's wearing a baby blue shirt and white shorts with dark blue lines on the hem. Her toe-less shoes are dark blue just like all the others. She has a silver chain going on her shorts from the front of her shorts to the back. She has white bandages on her legs and arms and a white choker necklace with a sapphire at the end that looks like there is a white glow swirling around inside.<br />
Accessories: Her ponytails holding the braids in the front are white and baby blue. Her Leaf Village headband is worn around her waist like Ino does.<br />
Personality: Obnoxious and loves to show off. She has a short temper but can be very sweet. She's quite skilled and is one of the top ranking shinobi in Konoha. She practices agility by stealing from certain Konoha residents making her somewhat of an outcast like Naruto is but instead of looking down she always grins but can let her anger get in the way.
