Lasé (Looking for Advice)

She sure is contemplating something happy over her cocoa.

Anyway, yeah. There are hundreds of things wrong with this image that make it look off. Mostly the (lack of) proper anatomy. I uploaded it in the hopes that someone can take a look and go "Oh yeah, this little part is easy to fix if you know/do *this*." Or perhaps even just point me towards some links that could help. I have tried so many things and just can't seem to learn how to draw living things even somewhat decently.
