As the enemy fled, the Seal of Orichalcos shrunk around Shizuko. Yami ran over to Shizuko, and scooped her up. "Shizuko! Speak to me! Please!" Yami pleaded. Shizuko opened her eyes.
"Yami-kun...I tried..." said Shizuko, looking up at Yami.
"Shizuko, I...." Yami started, choking back tears, but he couldn't finish. The last thing Shizuko said to Yami was, "I believe in you, Yami-kun...." Then, Shizuko was silent.
