Weee~ Feels good to hear from you again ^^b Okie! What I like most is the hair and the way it flows to the side (same for the ribbons~). It's handled pretty well :) Great that you are looking into the proportions of the body more as it takes a lot of time and observation to get it right. For this piccie, the proportion of the body looks fine, but you might want to look into the thickness of the arm and the size of the hand. (Looks a bit small here. Usually the hand is about 3/4 the face)
And just a little thing you might wanna take note of: see the chest area? The way the dress wraps around the body? Compare that to the sleeve-like-thing (sorry..I dunno what it's called..^^;;) around the arm and you might find that the dress around the chest looks more 3D, more real. Do look into the way the dress wraps around the body, because that will make your character look more 'alive' and real ;) Hope this helps a bit in your future drawings!
