I forgot the girl's name that's licking Naruto's ear...But oh well.

Hm, that's Anko - and she's licking blood, not his ear. ^___^;; unless I'm thinking of the wrong scene, but I don't believe so.

No.. It's Hinata. I know characters I draw. And that wasn't an actual scene o_o;; I I just took two characters and added them. Though Hinata's head is a little too light x_o
