That's an interesting question, Leoktaku. I drew it on a mouse, but in a special way. Here's how I did it:
1)On Photoshop, I chose my picture to copy over.(Sue me.)
2)Then, on a SEPARATE layer, I take the PENCIL tool.
3)OK, this step is complicated. On the separate layer, I trace over most of the pic by pressing the SHIFT key and clicking were I want it to go. (I know it may sound confusing, but you should try the Shift+Click technique.)
4)I do the same thing for the shaded parts, and I color them in.(I do this in a separate layer UNDER the lineart)
5) Then I merge the lineart and the shading together, and I make new a layer UNDER the merged layer. I use the wand tool to select which parts I want to color (Each selection for a specific color).
60) Save your original, Make a copy, add a background, some spiffy effect and stuffs and yer done! (Whew, I finally got THAT out of my system.)

Wow, you're good at making your own Megaman characters. I have alot of my own characters of Megaman. (Espescailly from the Megaman X series and not often NT Warrior and Zero series) good job on the pic! ^_^

I had an idea for drawing a Navi myself, but since I saw KnightMan, I kinda dropped it. I tried the same before I saw Serenade. Now, I'm not sure what to pull.
