Zeon Dark Blues; Teh REDO!

Zeon Dark Blues, redrawn in a different way. This pic is sorta like a reference for those who wish to draw him. I think I might zeon-monsterize normal Blues, too. As for Dark Blues's wings (which are hidden in those slots on his back) what they look like is still a mystery. I can't really decide between feathered or bat-like wings.
The things I added/changed on him are:
Instead of 2 pairs of ''Fins'' on his tail he now only has one.
The front and back legs are different now.
Added an emblem.
