Yeah, this idea came in mind when I FINALY got my Rockman EXE artbook in the mail. I was thinking of what would Tomahawkman look like if he had the ability to go Beast-Out like Megaman, and thus this pic was made. He's suposed to be a Falzar Beast-Out, since he was in the Falzar version of the game. Oh, and if you want to know what's all this "Beast Out" stuff is, look it up on Wikipedia. It will help. A lot.)
