Holy Crap, It's been a while since I posted anything Rockman-Related, eh? ^_^
So, yeah. I had this Idea for a while now. Since I drew Tomahawkman with Beast-Out powers, I thought I should do Dark Blues, too. I'm fairly proud of this pic. ^_^
...I'm prety sure that it's gonna take FOREVER to upload. Blarg.
