Ummm...He kinda already is on the dark side since he is in Akatsuki...another thing, he is good around everyone but Pein. because around Pein, he is not Tobi. He also isn't evil when he speaks with Pein. Because Tobi is Madara Uchiha. Madara is a good guy.
