It's Cas in her human form, again...but this time in the form of a reference sheet! XD the little bug on the leash is her robot, Lady Bug. Lady Bug kind of "folds" down into a bug-like shape and follows Cas around when she is out in public. She, literally, looks like a freaky lady bug XD
