Just a close up of a robotic head, with the core(brain or whatever) exposed.

I like the idea. Have you ever read the series "Black Jack"? He(Black Jack) takes care of a girl whom he fixed up and when she is "bare" she look's somewhat like this but with human organs instead of wires. Just a thought. Very cool.
