Oooh, very beautiful! =) I like that you've only used blue tones to present her. Because of the colors and the light dots flying around her I get a calm and relaxing feeling from looking at this pic. You've shaded it very well, and the highlights are also put on the right places. Very nice design on her top =) I want it O.O
Seriously, you can draw on an ipod? SICK! It it like MS Paint or Oekaki?

lol yeah I wouldn't mind having such a beautiful yet simple shirt either. xD
^^ Thnx! It's great app, you just pick a color and start drawing with your finger like you would a pencil.(it takes some getting used to though)

Her boobs are big and noticeable- *gets slapped* ANyways, I love the lightness you put under her eye. It really makes her face and eyes pop!
