Katashi- original character

Another character =D, he was somewhat inspired by Kakashi from Naruto, hence the name XD! Uh well...this is probably the best picture of him. This picture was done some time a go too. I have other pictures of him that I will upload some other time =D! Feel free to comment on anything you think that I should improve on =D!
