Flaming Breath- a recolored old pic

I went to a sleepover with one of my friends, and she pulled up my FAC account and was looking around. She offered to recolor one of my pics with her Photoshop Elements, so I picked out this one (one of my best pics ever), and together we got it to look like this... And I have reached a conclusion. I NEED THAT PROGRAM. So I am currently saving my allowance, 5$ per week, hoping to have enough by the end of the year...
