The Ceremony Begins

Is it only me, or is everyone having problems uploading pics? I get all the way to the part where you click "submit it", but then my IE gets really slow, and can't display the web page. (That is why I haven't been uploading as many recently.) This has been happening for several months now, and, up till recently, I've been blaming it on the construction in the roads outside of our house. Apparentally, IE just stopps working for a while after I try to submit anything. Anyone know what's going on?

I didn't see much point in coloring this, as, in the anime, the only colors I remember being used were white, grey, black, and red (due to an eclipse). Those have to be the best legs I have ever drawn... but that lace was hard! (I never did get it right.) lol
