Bleach, 11th division

I saw a version of this that was done with the House MD characters. So I wanted to do one for my newest little obsession... Bleach. Thus the picture. (I know I can't draw fingers... I'm surprised that some of them actually came out OK. 0.o)
Anyway... If you can't tell it's the soul societies (spell check?) 11th division.
