Ha, this is old ^^' 'Kay, just ignore anything that you've already learned or whatever. I hate it when I do that -_-; I just got to it from your profile and . . . yeah...

That's some pretty nice mspaint work. I like the way he (Tails is a he right? *shakes head* It's been a while...) really seems like he's part of some scene, even though there's no bg, just through the thumbs up and distant look in his eyes, like he's looking past the "camera." (How did you do that anyway? I see it, but I don't understand what's giving it that effect.) The thick outlining is pretty cool too, makes him look really ... solid, I guess. I don't know what it is, but when done right (like this) thick outlining can make stuff look really neat. I'd let up on it a little (but just a little. Not really noticeably -- something between how it is and the way that patch of hair between the ears is) for the outline of the eyes though, so it doesn't look quite so much like thick eyeliner, and I'd make it a little thicker around the pupils. (except that the pupil outline could be what's making him seem so distant, idk)
