Young man...

Ah... this might take a little while to explain.
Well, you all remember Elcian, right? Of course you do. http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-794787.html If you haven't seen and read that, then you definitely won't understand this at all. Well, anyway, as I've said before, Elcian is my adopted chibi from QueenPaige's awesome adoption of spectacular win. I should probably say right now that I wasn't the first one who adopted him from her. My sis, Jackismyman, was the first to adopt him, but she had changed him so much that she decided to give him back and keep the changed version, named Vlad, as her own character. http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-794333.html
Well, after she gave him back, I adopted the little guy as my own and named him Elcian. I kept Elcian pretty close to his original design, which can be found here. http://www.fanart-central.net/pic-793797.html I had to draw him in order to adopt him, so I did so. When I showed the picture and the story to my sis, she got all upset with me about how SHE made up the idea that he hides his wings under an oversized jacket. (Vlad originally wore that big long jacket of his to hide his wings, but Jackismyman took his wings away, so now he just wears it so he can look like Bill Kaulitz.)
So, in response to my sis being somewhat upset at me (even though I did give her credit for an idea which I only briefly used) I have, as a joke, drawn this little comic featuring Elcian and Vlad. As you can probably tell, if you read Elcian's little story with the old woman that is, this is pretty much that scene, only with Vlad in place of the old lady.
In short, Vlad is not happy that he's not the only one who gets to wear a jacket around here.

Drawn and colored in blue, black, and red ballpoint pens. You can see where I tried, and failed, to create purple.
