My sister goes to college in New York City. Every time I go there for a visit (or for any other reason) I start to feel claustrophobic after the first day or so. I really would not do well in the city. I'm not sure how my sister managed to spend a whole year there. D:
I've noticed that whenever people say "New York" they are only referring to New York City. This goes for people who live IN New York as well.
Blurg.

Where I live... well, it's NOT in NYC, that's for sure! Hooray for vague answers!I dunno. If you don't live too far away, then you might want to visit sometime. There's some really cool stuff over there, but it's to be experienced in moderation if you ask me.

I BET. With so many narrow roads, close buildings, dumpsters, drug addicts, low sanitation, high crime rates, blah blah, unless you live in the rich part of town (which still has its troubles), there is bound to be a smell.Your sister goes to a good school, I take it?

It's a good enough place to VISIT. Surely, you would never be bored in New York City. There are so many things to do! But god almighty do I hate being there for extended periods of time!She goes to an alright school, I guess. She goes to a private grad school - it took her some years of saving just to be able to afford it.
