Nice work. (and they are way better than my trys to make chars.) Good work on clothes.. bretty much on everything.
But there is something "Unbalaced" with the left eye. (Watchers Left)

Yeah, you are right about that eye. I didn't notice it until I saw it on the screen!

This looks great! Even more so considering this is your first pic of this type.
Facial proportions look good, I would just take a dark brown or black colored pencil and run it along his jaw to give his face more definition from the rest of his body.
