The thing on top of the tombstone is a diffuser. Basically, it's a bottle that you put smelly liquid in and some sticks. The sticks soak up the liquid and diffuse the smell around the area. Thus, the name. ^^ My mom has one that has vanilla stuff in it. It smells good. XD
