Beavis and Butt-head in Celebrating Sucks Part 1

Beavis and Butt-head are in Hungary, where  the National Holiday is celebrated, because the Hungarian revolution started on 15th March, 1848 (and finished a year later). Butt-head found two cockades, that people wear on that day. They just put them on, but they don't know where they should put them (Butt-head wears his cockade on his right, but  people usually wear it on the left  because there's the heart and everyone wants to show that they are real patriots).
