The name of the eighties pop band Frankie goes to Hollywood, and the special half-hour Garfield cartoon episode "Garfield goes Hollywood" inspired me to draw this pic.

Yes, and not by coincidence, as the movie special was created in the mid 80's, so I tried to draw him in that style ;)

Yay! Another cool crossover fanart! It always puzzled me why Garfield is so popular in Hungary. When I was at the pool in Eger everybody had towels, t-shirts and other things with Garfield :)

As I know Garfield is cultic worldwide, but maybe the good translation of the comic makes it popular at us, even I have many magazines and other Garfield featured ornaments on my shelf (I used to be a huge fan of it when I was a kid).
