Description

The episode Jackie Khones and the Case of the Overdue Library Crook gave me the idea to draw it.
It's Jackie Khones, as a private investigator who is asked by Mac to find his library pass. In the end, it turned out that it was in the book that Jackie had put out from the library. After that Mac pushes him into the pool of the Foster's home.

He looks cool! I like his expression, pose and the badge. As a full-time librarian I have to deal with many guys who lost their pases like Mac! XD

Thanks! Yeah, I can imagine how embarassing it is.
Anyway, has someone pay fine who had lost his/her pass many times one after the other or can require a new one till it is affordable to that person (maybe this is a stupid question, I just ask it from curiousity)?

The passes are for free in my library, unlike the others. People who'd forgotten to give the books back have to pay a fine. I've recently talked with a woman who forgotten to bring the books back for a year and a half and she had to pay about 100 Euro! XD
