Pimp da Volk's Ride

It's Volk from the Russian cartoon "Nu Pogadi!" in his umm... vehicle, that was seen in the episode No. 14 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qy_Ka5VKZnE). I've read somewhere that the vehicle was nothing else but a propagandistic leverage: it means that the state wanted to force people to order newer cars instead of using older models (not to buy, because the majority of people in the former Eastern bloc had to wait many years until they could finally receive their cars because of insufficient quantity of raw materials).
